The user can upload a csv file consisting of the following columns: s_ra, s_dec, maxRec, t_min, t_max, min_vis, max_vis, elevation, moon_sep. Note that only the first 2 columns are compulsory, the third, forth and fifth are optional, and the rest are not used.
